Parts salvaged from a lot of 43 Drones I recently purchased coming from Big box stores.
I recorded:
Serial numbers (all unbound)
GoFly app status for things like. Gimbal stuck, ESC error, No GPS, no camera view, etc. etc.
Updated firmware (when possible)
The ones that weren’t worth refurbishing back to like new were completely apart, inventoried, cleaned and detailed to like new condition.
